From the estimating stage to final shop submittals, our experienced Project Managers will take control of every aspect of the job to ensure a smooth and thorough execution of everything you require.
We currently have 5 Project Managers with 25-50 years of experience.
Structural & Misc
Steel Detailing
Using the latest Tekla software, we can efficiently complete 3d models, 2d shop and erection drawings and any data entry files you require to fabricate and erect.
BIM Management is also available for preconstruction coordination.
We currently have 9 Detailers and 7 Checkers in house.

Deltech, a structural steel detailing firm in Surrey, BC Canada, which provides detail drawings using Tekla Structures 3D modeling software, project management and connection design to the commercial and industrial construction industry throughout Canada and the United States.
Deltech was established in 1985 by Jack Pals and in the recent years, we have added three partners:
Senior Project Manager Jimmy Nguyen,
Senior Estimator Stefanie Pals-Cazabon,
Senior Detailer and Sales & Marketing Manager Melissa Pals.
